Input

You tell us your ideas and wishes. You then spend a few hours briefing us on your requirements. You give us an overview of the current situation and explain where you need software support. We then use this information to make you a detailed offer. If you accept, we work out a comprehensive concept to meet your requirements.

Concept and prototype

Experienced experts analyze your requirements and develop a concept tailored to suit your needs. We then meet in person to present you with all alternatives, highlight important aspects, and discuss advantages and disadvantages. When you have chosen a solution, we develop a prototype based on your concept that meets all important criteria. You examine our solution. If you have any change requests, we carry them out quickly and efficiently. This means that we can develop the best final solution.

Implementation

You have decided on a solution. We take time to familiarize ourselves extensively with your product. If possible, you grant us access to the actual data. We systematically refine our concept and develop suitable solutions. You assist us with content-related and organizational aspects.

Review

In accordance with internal and external quality assurance procedures, our draft is subjected to various correction phases. You receive a version that you can test in your own environment. You make any neccessary corrections to our solution. You should gather feedback from as many people as possible. It is often useful to clarify open issues at a joint review meeting. Larger projects usually require two or more review cycles.

Testing

An independent team of testers conducts systematic tests to check that all conventions and technical and subject-related requirements have been complied with and that the result is correctly displayed on the target medium.

Completion

If you have any suggestions for changes or corrections, we make them immediately. We provide all source files and the finished solution for any given target platform. We will, of course, deal with any questions that you have about installation and maintenance immediately.
