You tell us what type of design and layout you need. What target group is your documentation intended for and what is its purpose? What medium (print, electronic) do you want to use for publishing? What tools do you want to use? Will the results be used as a template elsewhere? If possible, you provide us with existing guidelines. We use the information that you have given us to make you a detailed offer. If you accept, we work out a comprehensive concept to meet your requirements.

Creative designers analyze your requirements and draft two proposals that are tailored to suit your needs. We then meet in person to present you with all the alternatives, highlight important aspects, and discuss advantages and disadvantages. You examine our solution. If you have any change requests, we carry them out quickly and efficiently. Together we decide on the best way to technically implement your preferred solution.

We create the design elements that you requested using the agreed tools and integrate them into the target environment (software user interface, printed publication, online environment). You assist us with content-related and organizational aspects.

A team of testers conducts systematic tests to check that all conventions have been met, that the integration works, and that the results are correctly displayed on the target medium.

If you have any suggestions for changes or corrections, we make them immediately. We provide you with all source files and the ready-to-publish solution for any given target medium. We will, of course, address any questions that you have about maintenance procedures.
