You tell us about your product, ideas, and wishes. What should the manual look like? When should it be finished? We will support you in the choice of a suitable tool and advise you on all questions of detail. You then spend a few hours introducing us to your product. You send us development specifications and existing documentation, including sales and training documentation. We then use this information to make you a detailed offer. If you accept, we work out a comprehensive concept to meet your requirements.

We take time to familiarize ourselves extensively with your product using the material available. If possible we work with the product itself. In order to get to know your product properly, we either install it at our offices or we send our staff to you. We define the contents of the manual, and classify and structure them in a logical order. We then write the text, and produce or adapt suitable illustrations. You assist us with content-related and organizational aspects. Through close cooperation, we can quickly present you with the first part of your new manual.

In accordance with internal and external quality assurance procedures, the manual is subjected to various correction phases. This includes checking the technical content and practical relevance of the manual. You read the draft version and indicate any necessary corrections. You should collect feedback from as many people as possible (development, training, sales, support, and marketing). It is often useful to clarify open issues at a joint review meeting. Larger projects usually require two or more review cycles.

If you have any suggestions for changes or corrections, we make them immediately. We provide you with the result as an electronic file and a hard copy. Your manual is finished. This is not necessarily the end of the process. We can also help you with printing and delivery.
