Author-it is a powerful tool that helps you create professional documentation. As you enter text, Author-it Xtend™, the authoring memory feature in Author-it, checks whether similar sentences are available in the documentation and whether they can be reused. Using templates, you can fully integrate your standards and enforce their use company wide. Other features, such as variation, version, release, and user management, enable your team to create documentation efficiently, even for large and multilingual projects. You can use structured authoring to consistently implement guidelines for layouts and structures. By using publication profiles, you can specify the state and conditions under which contents may be published, as well as the format of the published content.
