Creating and publishing contents with Author-it

In Author-it, contents, structure and layout are managed separately. All information is saved once only in a database (single source) and can be reused again and again. Using these elements, you can then generate the most diverse documents according to your needs such as manuals, online help, websites, presentations, etc., in the most varied formats: PDF, Word documents, WinHelp, HTML Help, JavaHelp, Oracle Help, HTML, XHTML, XML and DITA.

Course Aim

After this course, you will be able to create and manage contents with Author-it, and generate both online help and manuals from these contents.

Target Group

Authors and all persons who want to use Author-it to create documents.

Prerequisites

We assume basic knowledge in Word. We recommend our course „Online documentation – basic course“ as preparation.
