DITA and FrameMaker

Creating structured DITA documents

DITA (Darwin Information Typing Architecture) is a standardized, XML-based information architecture used by an ever-increasing number of companies for technical documentation. As for every XML structure, suitable tools are needed for editing the XML sources and producing publishable documents from them. FrameMaker already includes a configuration for DITA that enables WYSIWYG creation and high-quality print publication of DITA sources.
This course tells you how to use FrameMaker for editing and publishing DITA sources.

Course Aim

The course familiarizes you with the options FrameMaker gives you for DITA. After this course, you will be able to use FrameMaker to produce publishable DITA documents.

Persons who want to create and maintain DITA documents professionally and efficiently.
