XML 1 – Orientation Course

1 day

Concepts and connections

The exchange and reuse of documents are becoming increasingly important. With proprietary systems, the requirements are either difficult or impossible to fulfill. XML defines manufacturer-independent processes that enable users to exchange and edit documents across platforms and systems.

Course Objectives

You will learn how to use explicit structures to increase the value of your documentation. You will recognize how standardized, structure-based techniques simplify and even enable documents to be processed, reused and exchanged. At the end of this course, you will be able to asses whether and why a move into the structure-based world would be worthwhile for you..
